If you suspect that your CROSSFIRE™ Sling is defective please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@pro-ears.com or 1-800-891-3660.

All CROSSFIRE™ slings carry a Limited Five (5) year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Not only do we offer the highest quality products and back them with the industry's longest, most inclusive Warranty, if you should need to return your CROSSFIRE™ Sling for any reason, we make it easy. All you have to do is simply call Customer Service and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping and packaging instructions. It's possible however, that our technicians can solve the problem over the phone or send you a replacement part that you can easily install. If not, you will be given instructions on how to return your unit. Because of our high quality and low return rate, repairs usually have a turnaround time of less than 72 hours.
